Delivery options:
We can deliver most orders the next day. We have
4 warehouses in Florida. All orders need
to be in by 3:00PM ET. We offer fast delivery to your business!
Special orders might take a little longer but we normally have most
of our inventory available for overnight delivery.

Payment Options
We offer two types of accounts to serve you.
Business Accounts
- In House Account: Net 30 days. Invoices will be mailed
at the end of the month. Business accounts are subject to credit approval.
Call us for a credit application.
- Credit Card Payment: We accept
payment by MasterCard, Visa, I.M.P.A.C.,
American Express, and Discover.
Personal Accounts
- Check or Money Orders.
- Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged in the following states: Florida.
If you are doing business with us and are tax exempt
as a non-profit organization,
please fax a tax exempt form to 863-465-1799 before your first
order.
Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Home & Office Essentials purchase,
email us at returns@officesuppliesyouneed.com, or call
863-465-1661, for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).
Products must be:
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Returned within 20 days.
- All electronic devices (ie: fax machines, copiers, printers, adding machines) must be returned within 2 weeks from date of purchase.
- Any product warranty is with the manufacturer.
All items returned to us will either be replaced or store credit will
be given.
